3. Describe how the course has helped you improve as a leader This course has helped me improve as a leader and an overall individual in numerous ways. It has allowed me to assess my strengths and weaknesses as a leader, and has forced me to outline my goals as an individual, which will help aid me in achieving them. This course has also taught me to take action when possible. Allowing us as students to get up in front of the class each and every day to conduct reviews, share about our passions, or present on potential opportunities for other students has helped us tremendously. It has allowed us to gain experience in front of a large group of peers and superiors, and it has also allowed us to gain confidence as leaders. This course has also helped me become more self-aware.
